Our role

Developing a village commodity

Coconut sugar is made in villages, by families who have tapped coconut trees for generations. We help turn this village product into a consistent, clean ingredient for food manufacturers.

The journey

How our coconut sugar is made

1

Collecting the sap

Farmers collect fresh sap from the coconut flower in the morning and afternoon.

2

Cooking in the village

The sap is cooked into syrup and stirred until it crystallises.

3

Processing and packing

The sugar is sieved, checked and packed in our facilities.
